Investigators with the General Investigation Section of the Integrated Criminal Investigation Division have charged a Dartmouth man and a Halifax woman in connection with twelve reports of thefts of lottery tickets and proceeding to cash them in at local businesses on May 9 and 10.
Shortly after 6:30 a.m. on May 10, police were called to a convenience store in the 200 block of St. Margaret’s Bay Road in relation to a man and woman who had stolen lottery tickets from the store the previous day.
