Chebucto community health team offering new programs for fall

The Chebucto Community Health Team Fall Schedule is here. These are free programs, available to those who “live, work, or have a family doctor in the communities of Halifax Mainland (Postal codes: B3M, B3N, B3P, B3R, B3S, B3V).
Registration opens September 4th for Sept-Dec sessions. Register by calling 487-0690 or online at www.communityhealthteams.ca

Here are a few new programs being offered: 

– Food for One or Two 2-Week Program
– You’re in Charge Workshop
– Handiwork and Chat Circle
– Survival Sewing
– Arthritis Self Management 6-Week Program
