Cheticamp RCMP is investigating an incident of mischief that occurred late last week.
Between March 28th and March 29th, extensive damage was caused to the ‘Miss Amy Lynn ll’ fishing boat which was situated on land near the Cheticamp Wharf.
Preliminary investigation revealed that culprit(s) caused in excess of 100,000 dollars damage to the inside of the boat. A criminal investigation is underway by Cheticamp RCMP and the Port Hawkesbury Street Crime Unit.
