This recall involves 350 mL Mountain Warehouse BPA-free printed kids’ water bottles. The bottles are identified by model number 023655 and were sold in six different colours and patterns as listed below.

Hazard identified: If the spout of the water bottle becomes detached during use, a small ring can be exposed and both the spout and the ring may pose a choking hazard. As of October 19, 2018, the company has received one report of breakage. No injuries have been reported.
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled water bottles and contact Mountain Warehouse Limited for a full refund or replacement.
