Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that Clayton Park Drive will be closed to traffic from the north intersection of Hazelholme Drive to Lacewood Drive starting tomorrow (Wednesday, Aug. 12) and continuing until Friday, Aug. 14.
The partial street closure is required while crews complete concrete and asphalt restoration following the recent installation of a natural gas pipeline in the area.
Crews will be on site daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The street will be open overnight and access for local traffic will be maintained throughout the construction schedule.
Land drops will also be in place on Lacewood Drive while some of the work is underway.
The municipality and Heritage Gas apologize in advance for any inconvenience this closure or the work may cause.
