Here is a development proposal that would replace the Needs convenience store on the corner of Coburg Rd and Seymour St.

The design was completed by Geoff Keddy Architects Ltd. and it is still going through the approval process. There has been negative reaction to this development from the public, saying that it would create more garbage & crime in the area. Do you think this development would do more harm than good?
