On September 19, Cody Lemoine was arrested without incident in Toronto, Ontario by the Toronto Police Service on an outstanding warrant. Investigators with the HRP/RCMP High Risk Enforcement Action Team (HEAT) travelled to Toronto to pick him up and return him to Halifax yesterday.
Cody Lemoine remains in police custody in Halifax and, is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court today to face: one count of fail to attend court; six counts of breach of recognizance; four counts of breach of peace bond; and, two counts of breach of probation.
