Friday, Sept. 16, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that there will be lane reductions on the approaches to the Cogswell Roundabout on Saturday, Sept. 17. The work requiring the lane reductions is expected to be completed in one day, but has the potential to continue on Sunday, Sept. 18.
The lane reductions will be in place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and are required to facilitate the removal of power poles and lines by Nova Scotia Power Inc.
During this work, there may also be occasional short durations of stop and go traffic required through the roundabout. Motorists should expect delays and are advised to take alternative routes, where possible.
The municipality regrets any inconvenience this work may cause.
