Cogswell Roundabout – Lane Reductions

Friday, Sept. 30, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that there will be lane reductions on the approaches to the Cogswell Roundabout on Saturday, October 1. The work is expected to be completed in one day, but has the potential to continue on Sunday, following the Run for the Cure event in the area. The lane reductions will be in place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and are required to facilitate the removal of power poles and lines by Nova Scotia Power. During this work, there may also be occasional short durations of stop-and-go traffic. Motorists should expect delays and are advised to take alternative routes whenever possible. Pedestrian traffic will be maintained and directed around the work site as required. The municipality regrets any inconvenience this work may cause.Source: Release
