Colchester County RCMP investigate farm tractor incident, Middle Stewiacke, N.S.

Colchester RCMP are investigating an incident where a man was run over by a farm tractor.

On Monday, November 24th at approximately 1:30 p.m., Colchester District RCMP responded to a report of a incident where a man was run over by the farm tractor he was operating.

This incident occurred near Fisher Road, outside of Middle Stewiacke.

The investigation revealed a 59-year-old male from Eastville was attempting to straighten a pole with the tractor when he fell off and the tractor drove over him.

Life Flight was dispatched and transported the male to hospital with serious injuries. The incident is still under investigation.
