Colchester District RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance to locate a stolen pickup truck

Colchester District RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance to locate a stolen pickup truck.

Sometime between 6:15 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on February 9 a charcoal grey Ford F-150 four-door pickup was stolen from the Carpool Parking Lot on Pictou Rd., Valley, near Exit 17 off Hwy 104 in Bible Hill. The truck has not been located.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Colchester District RCMP at 902-893-6820. Should you wish to remain anonymous, you can also contact Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or text TIP202 + your message to ‘CRIMES’ (274637) or submit tips by Secure Web Tips at www.crimestoppers.ns.ca. Calls to Crime Stoppers are not taped or traced and if police make an arrest and lay charges based on a tip, callers qualify for a cash award.

The investigation is ongoing.
