Monday, Nov. 14, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising motorists and residents that road construction will continue today, Nov. 14, on Cole Harbour Road, between Bissett Road and Ross Road. Lane drops will be in place from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m., and again from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. There will be stop-and-go traffic during the hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Motorists should expect long delays in the area and are asked to use alternative routes, whenever possible.
