Community Council Approves Fenwick Redevelopment

Last night, Halifax Community Council approved the proposed changes to the Fenwick Tower redevelopment. The developer was going to expand the tower but decided to scrap that plan and decided to do a complete renovation of the tower and build three smaller buildings on the property. The three smaller buildings will be 4, 8 and 10 storeys tall. This now goes before Halifax City Council for final approval.
