Friday, May 22, 2015 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents of work currently underway to repair a sinkhole that formed due to a damaged storm drain pipe in the inbound lane of Connaught Avenue near Jubilee Road.
Work to repair the sinkhole is now underway and is expected to be complete by 4 p.m.
Lane drops and stop and go traffic will be in place. Motorists should expect delays and are asked to find alternative routes, if possible.
The municipality regrets any inconvenience that may be caused by this work.
