Thursday, October 24, 2013 (Halifax, NS) – There will be continuing construction on Windsor Street between Chebucto Road and Charles Street for water and sewer connections, until Friday, November 1.

During this time the traffic lights at the Chebucto Road and Windsor Street intersection will be turned off from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. and there will be stop and go traffic.
