Cops arrest six people wanted on warrants in 48 hours

West Hants District RCMP arrested six people wanted on arrest warrants in less than 48 hours.

Between July 13 and 14, 2022, West Hants District RCMP completed an arrest warrant reduction initiative, in an effort to locate and arrest a number of people wanted on arrest warrants. During the initiative, RCMP officers located and arrested the following people:

  • Matthew Wright, 35, of Windsor;
  • Andrew Barker, 45, of Brooklyn;
  • Melody Gallie, 27, of Windsor;
  • Shawn Armstrong, 48, of Falmouth;
  • Robert Cohn, 62, of Falmouth;
  • Stephanie Daniels, 41, of Martock

Wright, Barker and Gallie were all remanded into custody. Armstrong and Cohn were brought before the courts, and were subsequently released on conditions. Daniels was released on conditions by police. All will appear in court at a later date.
