At approximately 12:15 p.m. on January 9, police received a report of an indecent act that had occurred on a Halifax Transit bus traveling from the area of the intersection of Duffus Street and Novalea Drive to the Mumford Terminal. It was reported that a man had exposed himself and was touching himself in a sexual manner.

The suspect is described as white man in his 30s, approximately 5’8” tall, 170 lbs. with a beard and wearing a multi-colored jacket, jeans and brown work boots.
