Traffic Advisory – Bedford Highway – Stormwater System Maintenance

(October 20, 2023) From 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Monday, October 23 Wednesday, October 25, 2023, crews will perform stormwater system maintenance near 1687 Bedford Highway. This work will not impact Halifax Water services in the area.

There will be lane reductions near this area, with two-way traffic maintained. Experienced traffic control personnel will be on-site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks remain open.

Motorists should expect delays and use alternate routes. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.

We apologize for any inconvenience this necessary infrastructure repair work may cause.
