Cow Bay Road opened after RCMP investigate fatal collision

May 29, 2013, Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) . . . RCMP opened the road at 7:45 p.m. after their scene investigation of an earlier two-vehicle head on collision, that occurred shortly after 3:18 p.m.
RCMP received a 911 call of a collision between a car and a motorcycle, in Eastern Passage, on Cow Bay Road near the 700 block.  The driver of the motorcycle died due to his injuries.  The driver of the car has injuries that are believed to be non life-threatening.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
