“Readers’ Choice (Aug. 2 to Aug. 28)

CBC Books is asking Canadian fiction fans to help choose a book for the Scotiabank Giller Prize 2011 longlist. Explore this year’s eligible books and submit your nomination — let us know why you think this book deserves to be considered for Canada’s richest literary prize!

We’ll tally your nominations and post updates about the status of popular titles. The book that garners the most nominations will be added onto the official longlist, to be announced on September 6, 2011. You can send us your selection by midnight ET on August 28 by filling out the CBC Books nomination form.

The winning book nomination will be announced along with the official longlist on September 6.
