Lately, I’ve had a hard time thinking of meal ideas.  Most afternoons I’ll even put out a twitter request for Supper suggestions. I started going through recipes that I’ve wanted to try and this creamy beef stroganoff was on top of the pile.

 
It turned out pretty decent.  I’d give it a 7 or 8 out of 10, because I felt there was just a little something missing.  Hubby, on the hand, scarfed down a huge plate and said that it was awesome. 😉

I love cooking with fresh herbs, they make the dish that much better.

My day was alright.  I had booked a vacation day tomorrow but I decided to go in for a half day, just to wrap a few more things up.  Finishing up around Noon on a Friday is still going to be awesome though! 🙂

Oh and some fun news – my friend Melanie sent me a link to a local photography club.  They meet once a month and have workshops etc.  I would love to learn more about photography, my camera, picture, basically everything! I’m hoping to check out their next meeting in early October.
