Crime of the week – Pictou County RCMP investigates an assault, Pictou, N.S.

Pictou County District RCMP and Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's help in solving an assault. At approximately 2:00 a.m. on June 14, 2015, a female was walking along Welsford Street in Pictou near the AEF Building when she was attacked by a man believed to be in his early twenties.

At approximately 2:00 a.m. on June 14, 2015, a female was walking along Welsford Street in Pictou near the AEF Building when she was attacked by a man believed to be in his early twenties.

The suspect punched the woman in the face and kicked her in the head when she fell to the ground.
