Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s assistance in solving a theft.
On May 1st, 2015, individuals travelled to McNabs Island and removed two large solar panels, a controller, battery and associated hardware from the on-site composting toilet.
These items are valued at approximately $3,000. The solar panels are 5 feet long by 2 feet wide. The individuals would have needed a boat to transport the stolen equipment.
