Crime of the week- theft of golf carts, Dartmouth, N.S.

Nova Scotia Crime Stoppers and Halifax District RCMP are asking for the public’s help in solving a series of thefts of golf carts from the Grandview Golf and Country Club on Cranehill Dr.

which occurred between June 17 and July 8, 2015.

Preliminary investigation determined that four privately-owned golf carts were parked on the grounds in various locations some distance away from the fleet of golf carts when they were stolen. One fleet golf cart was also stolen.

Calls to Crime Stoppers are not taped or traced and if police make an arrest and lay charges based on a tip, callers qualify for a cash award from $50 – $2000.
