At 7:45 pm members responded to a report of a male cyclist being struck by a vehicle at the Robie and Russell street intersection.
A 61 year old cyclist was attempting to turn onto Robie Street from Russell Street when he was struck by a north bound vehicle. He received non- life threatening injuries and was taken to the QEII for further treatment. The cyclist was issued a summary offence ticket for failing to yield to oncoming traffic. The driver of the vehicle was uninjured.
