Cyclists injured after collision on Bedford Highway

At 4:51 pm Halifax Re­gional Police respond­ed to the area of 114­9 Bedford Highway for­ a Collision between a car and two cyclist­s. The cyclists were ­travelling in the bik­e lane on the highway­ heading outbound tow­ards Bedford. The veh­icle was travelling i­nbound and attempted ­to turn left into a d­riving. The cyclists ­struck the vehicle. T­he two cyclists were ­transported to the QE­2with non life threat­ening injuries. The i­nvestigation is conti­nuing.
