The Tigers came up big in front of their home crowd

In front of a sold out home crowd at their first home coming in more than three decades, the Dalhousie Tigers football team improved to 3 – 2 on the season after a 17 – 8 win over the Moncton Junior Mustangs.
A pair of touchdowns and a 28-yard field goal provided the offense for the Tigers and pulled out a big win.
Bouncing back from a devastating loss to the Saint John Sea Wolves, the Tigers defence stood tall and forced seven turnovers, three of them interceptions.
Bryce Wade, defensive captain, returned from injury and delivered a number of devastating hits and added to his season tally with another interception.
On offence running back Greg Pelly ran for 131-yards on twelve carries and added 68 yards receiving, while contributing two touchdowns to the Tigers cause.
The Tigers hit the road for their final regular season game on November 6th, when they face the same Moncton Junior Mustangs. A win there would guarantee the Tigers second place and would mean the Tigers would host their first home playoff game in more than 34-years.
