Police responded to a call of a dangerous driver in the north end of Halifax at approximately 11:30 pm. The area was checked and the vehicle was located on the Bedford Highway in the area of Flamingo Drive.
The occupants of the vehicle fled on foot. K9 conducted a track and one male was located.
This adult male will be charged with trespassing by night.
