Darlene Munroe v. I.M.P. Aerospace Components Inquiry Set

The Human Rights Commission has set an independent board of inquiry for the case of Darlene Munroe v. I.M.P. Aerospace Components.

The claimant alleges she was discriminated against because her employer did not adequately accommodate during her pregnancy.

The respondent denies any discrimination and says the company fully met its duty to accommodate the complainant.

The board of inquiry is scheduled to be heard Tuesday, Dec. 17 and Wednesday, Dec. 18, beginning at 9:30 a.m. each day, in the Aspen/Maple Room at the Holiday Inn, 437 Prince St., Truro. The board chair is Nelson Blackburn.
