Shortly before 730 PM East Division officers were called to the area of Bowser Avenue in Dartmouth in relation to a suspicious male walking down the street carrying large power tools. The caller was aware there had been some recent break and enters into sheds and garages in the area and felt this was unusual. Officers arrived onscene and conducted an investigation which determined at least one of the items to be stolen from a garage in the area. The 47 year old Dartmouth man was taken into custody and released on paperwork to appear in court in February to face charges of break and enter, theft and possession under $5000.00.
