Dawgfather For City Council

An icon on the Dalhousie Campus, local vendor and activist The Dawgfather is taking a run for HRM City Council reports the Dalhousie Gazette. With a unique perspective on the pulse of student life, he is basing his platform on ways to make the city better for one of it's largest, yet under-recognized populations. With an estimated student economy of nearly $2 billion, he argues that it's about time this group of often disenfranchised voters demand their voices be heard — and they certainly have the numbers to do so.
