The autopsy of a man found deceased in a Bilby Street residence on Monday has concluded that the death is a homicide.
At 12:17 p.m., police responded to a report of a sudden death at a residence located at 5529 Bilby Street. A friend had gone to the residence to check on the homeowner and discovered a deceased person. The man has been identified as 32-year-old Shawn Andrew Mead and an autopsy conducted yesterday determined his death to be a homicide. While investigators do not have an exact time of death, they believe the homicide may have occurred approximately three to four weeks ago.
