Has this winter been unusually cold for everyone else in Canada? Or do we say that every year? Either way February and March are long and cold but especially when you have little ones! It officially takes a minimum of 15 minutes to bundle up two boys only to have them stay outside to play for 10 minutes then scream from the frozen trampoline, “mama!! me has fwwwweeeeeezing hands!!!! help!!!”
Riiiight, my sweet boy.
That’s what happens when you dunk your mittens into the only melted snow in the entire backyard – you know that little tiny section that’s under the trampoline, nearly under the neighbors fence that you have to reach Really REALLY far in order to stick said hands into freezing cold water?
Boys.
So to keep them entertained this winter I’ve been relying fully on crafttime and Disney Junior time since I’ve avoided all indoor playgyms in hopes of not catching some sort of stomach virus again before the snow melts.
Are we having fun yet?
