Driver ticketed after child struck in crosswalk – Dartmouth

At approximately 1115 a family were cros­sing at the crosswalk on Thistle St at Wyse Rd. A driver did not stop in time and made contact with a three year old. Pa­ramedics checked and cleared the child. A SOT was given to the driver for failing to stop at a cross­walk
