At 1130 hrs officers responded to a two vehicle motor Vehicle accident at the intersection of Young St and Isleville St.

The driver of one of the vehicles failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with a vehicle already proceeding though the intersection. This resulted in the vehicle that was struck loosing control and hitting the front of Delux Paint at 5651 Kaye St. causing significant damage to the building and the vehicle.

EHS attended and transported the driver of the vehicle that struck the building to hospital for assessment, injuries do not appear to be significant at time of report.

The driver that ran the stop sign was issued a summary offence ticket for Failing to Yield to Vehcile already in Intersection Sec 122(1) MVA
