Two Face Drug and Weapons Charges After Home Search

On Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at approximately 10 a.m., officers from the Street Crime Enforcement Unit (SCEU), Criminal Intelligence Services Nova Scotia (CISNS), and Bridgewater Police Service (BPS) patrol and Criminal Investigation Division (CID) executed a search warrant under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act at an Autumn Street residence.

Resulting from the search, a 42-year-old male, Peter Haralampopoulos, and 27-year-old female, Monika d’entremont, both face charges of possession of fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking and possession of a weapon dangerous to public.

Both of the accused have been released on undertakings and are scheduled to appear at the Bridgewater Provincial Courthouse on March 27, 2024, for plea.

Police seized a variety of drug trafficking paraphernalia including, ledgers, mobile phones, undetermined tablets/powder, prescription pills, and a replica handgun.

The investigation continues and more charges are possible.
