Just after 6 a.m. this morning, Enfield District RCMP responded to a single-vehicle collision on Highway 102 in Elmsdale.
The driver, a 22-year-old man from East Hants, was transported by EHS to hospital in Halifax with life-threatening injuries.
The highway was closed for several hours while an RCMP Collision Analyst attended the scene to collect evidence. The investigation is continuing.
