Elderly woman pushed to the ground, robbed

The woman suffered minor injuries

On May 22 at approximately 8:55 p.m. a 77-year-old woman was exiting the Sobeys on Mumford Road when a man pushed her to the ground and stole her purse. The woman suffered minor injuries and the suspect was last seen fleeing on foot toward a light-coloured vehicle nearby.

The suspect is described as white, with a medium build and short brown hair. He was wearing a blue plaid jacket and dark pants at the time of the incident.
