Taking advantage of one of those 50% off Studio line sale on Elf, I got a few of the new products I haven’t tried. All retail for $3 a piece, except for those noted differently.

First off, the famous baked eyeshadows. I got 4: Toasted, Burnt Plum, Chocolate Dreams and Passion Purple.

The first two shades, no surprise there as YT raved so much about them already. I got curious about Chocolate Dreams and wanted to try a purple, so I got the other 2. The surprise is that Chocolate Dreams turns out to be my favorite in the bunch.

I also got a baked blush in Rich Rose and a baked highlighter in Blush Gems. Elf included a plastic mold inside the box to keep the pans in place, hence they all arrived safely, nothing broke. Review for these is coming soon!

For brushes, I grabbed:
– Fan brush
Wanted a fan brush for a while now, glad Elf makes one
– Angled blush brush
My bdellium angled blush brush needed some help, so I got it a friend 🙂
– Small tapered brush
I don’t really have a reason for this one, just thought its shape was interesting
– Flat eyeliner brush
I am prepared to dive into the liner application method using a flat liner, so this is perfect.

I’ll let you know how these brushes perform once I have a chance to try them.

Don’t really need anymore eyeshadows but I needed some fillers to get to free shipping, and found some palettes that were already on sale. With extra 50% off, I thought it wouldn’t hurt to try some.

In the back is the 80-pc Day to Night eyeshadow palette, $25 down to $15 before 50% off. A good mix of bright and neutral shades.

In the front is the Endless Eyes Pro mini eyeshadow palette in Natural, $10 reduced to $6 before 50% off. The name said “mini” but by the look of it, the eyeshadows are the same size as the palette above.

This is supposed to help with eye puffiness and dark circles on the eyes. If it doesn’t, at least my eyes get some cooling sensation to wake up in the morning 🙂
– Radiance enhancer in Sunrise
Saw this in a favorite video on YT, thought I could try it out myself
– Matte Lip color in Natural
I am going all neutral here guys, from eyes to lips. Don’t know what happened to me lol
– Lip exfoliator.

I also ordered a Daily Moisture stick (reg. $6) but it didn’t arrive in the package. Elf said they’ll send it over ASAP, not bad customer service there. With paypal checkout and the order being over $35 after discount, I didn’t have to pay for shipping nor extra Canadian fee 🙂
