While I was in Mexico I didn’t wear a lot of makeup during the day, I mean what’s the point if you’re swimming with the fishies (I actually did this and PS they LOVEEEE bananas), but I did get dolled up during the evenings for dinner and the shows (and maybe hitting disco once of twice, oh okay almost every night we were there).

THE VERDICT

I used this foundation every night, and I’m happy to say that it really stood up the the task, and I mean I really put it through the ringer. From dancing my butt off at the disco to performing in (and winning) Miss Sirenis on stage and under some pretty hot lights my makeup was still intact! I was pretty shocked too. 

I loved the texture of this makeup with its matte finish this makeup was super easy to apply and blended in effortlessly. You could easily wear this makeup on its own, but I always like to finish it off with a powder (just to be sure). 

As you know blog reader I stood in a wedding in Mexico, and in true Short Presents fashion I did my hair and makeup myself 🙂 The Elizabeth Arden 24 HR foundation was the perfect base for my wedding look, and I was so glad to have it! It really and truly lasted all day 🙂
