Nova Scotia is getting it's first long-distance triathlon July 1st. Modeled after Hawaii's Ironman triathlon, it will feature a 4k swim, and 180k bike race. And if you are a glutton for pain you can then run an additional full or half marathon.
Race Director Tim Chesnutt has reported that over 60 people have already registered, and is look for at least 150.
"If you're a cyclist, go find a swimmer and a runner. If you're a runner, go find a swimmer and a biker. Put together a team, and come join us for this event on July 1," Chesnutt said.
Myself, I am already exhausted.
