Eskasoni RCMP lay drug charges, Eskasoni, N.S.

RCMP in Eskasoni have laid drug charges against a local man. Yesterday at approximately 2:20 p.m., Eskasoni RCMP arrested a man for Breach of an Undertaking. As a result of the arrest, the man was searched and a quantity of prescription pills and cash were seized.

Yesterday at approximately 2:20 p.m., Eskasoni RCMP arrested a man for Breach of an Undertaking. As a result of the arrest, the man was searched and a quantity of prescription pills and cash were seized.

Further investigation was conducted and led to the accused being charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance—Oxycodone , Trafficking of a Controlled Substance—Oxycodone and Breach of an Undertaking.

Adam Matthew Johnson, 34, was released on a Promise to Appear on November 25th, 2014 in Eskasoni Provincial Court to face the charges. The investigation is continuing.
