Thursday, September 22, 2016 (Halifax, NS) – The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents and motorists that road construction takes place today on Finlay Drive from Wright Avenue to Commodore Drive. Work is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. There will be lane drops in place during this time. Motorists should expect delays in the area and are asked to use alternative routes whenever possible.
