A fire at an apartment, and a robbery in Dartmouth are among the notables from Halifax Police yesterday.

Fire
Halifax Regional Police  responded to 6028 Lady Hammond Rd at 530 pm to assist the Halifax Regional Fire Dept. in relation to a fire on a second story balcony at that location. Fire was extinguished quickly with minimal damage and no one was injured during the incident.

Robbery
Three occupants of a vehicle were parked in a lot near Jackson Rd/ Victoria Rd Dartmouth at 750 pm  when two suspects approached the vehicle on foot displaying knives. One of the suspects was observed to have a hand gun tucked in the waist of his pants. The suspects robbed one of the occupants of a small quantity of cash and slashed the tires of the vehicle before leaving the area on foot. The victims were not injured during the incident and were uncooperative with police with providing statements.

Suspects: 1 .described as a white male, 19-20, wearing a blue mesh jersey with red numbers, blue jeans, freckled complexion, and shaved red hair. 2. white male, 19-20, wearing a light blue dress shirt with a white tank-top
underneath, blue jeans, and shaved dark hair.
