Fire at Beaverbank Community Center

Sunday, October 17th, 2010 Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) , N.S. ….Members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Halifax District responded along with Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency Services at 02:39 hours, to a fire at the Beaverbank Community Centre at 351 Beaverbank Road in Beaverbank. The community Centre suffered extensive fire and smoke damage. The origin of the fire is believed to be suspicious in nature. Investigators are still on scene.
