This recall involves the Life at Home® 50 count Indoor LED Microdot Icicle Lights in warm white. The affected product has clear bulbs on a clear wire.
The lights have a model number of RKPO-UL05010001P44-1 and can be found printed on the adapter. The batch number is LCL 2018 and can be found on the tag affixed to the string wire. The UPC 058703561861 can be found at the lower back side section of the packaging.
Hazard identified: Due to a potential manufacturing defect the lights may overheat, posing a burn and fire hazard. As of December 20, 2018, the company has received 4 reported incident of overheating during use and no reports of injuries.
Consumers should immediately stop using the product and return the product to any Loblaw banner store for a full refund.
