A large fire response arrived on Challenger Dr as smoke from the fire could be seen from both sides of the harbour. Quickly setting up gear, including 2 Quints with ladders, fire crews were seen outside, on the roof and inside the structure.  As crews knocked out the fire, they continued to check and knock down hot spots, sometimes cutting into the building with saws and other tools.

The fire is believed to have started on the outside of the building.  There were no injuries reported from this incident.
