Firearms stolen from Bedford home

Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in a break and enter that occurred in Bedford where firearms were stolen.

Police received a report of a break and enter that had occurred on August 30 at a residence in the 600 block of Broad Street. The suspect forced entry into the building and into a storage locker located in the building’s underground parking. The suspect took a number of legally stored firearms and ammunition from the storage locker.

The suspect is described as a white man with a slim build. At the time of the incident he was wearing all black clothing, sweater and shorts, and a black ball cap, sneakers and a mask. The suspect left in a small four door vehicle.
