Fireworks canceled until Sunday, blues concert canceled

Due to the unfavorable weather forecast, risk of lightning most of the day and the very wet conditions, the Halifax Regional Municipality and Natal Day organizers have made the decision to postpone the Natal Day Halifax Harbour Fireworks until Sunday, August 6th at 10:00 pm. Join us for the annual Natal Day Harbour Fireworks on Sunday evening.

Also, the Halifax Regional Municipality and the Dartmouth Sunshine Series Events team has made the decision to cancel the Charlie A ‘Court Blues Concert on Saturday, August 5th. Due to the unfavorable weather forecast, risk of lightning most of the day and the very wet conditions; it will not be rescheduled.
