First Lake Drive and Metropolitan Avenue – Road Construction

Monday, Oct. 17, 2016 (Halifax, NS) - The Halifax Regional Municipality is advising residents that today, Oct. 17, road construction will take place on First Lake Drive, from Metropolitan Avenue to the Ball Park, and on Metropolitan Avenue from Glendale Drive to the end. Crews will be on-site from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. During this work there will be stop and go traffic. Motorists should expect delays in the area and are asked to use alternative routes, whenever possible.
